PASTOR CEDRIC ROUSON

Rev. Cedric D. Rouson is regarded as one of Coastal Virginia’s most respected Millennial pastors and generational bridge builders. He serves as the lead pastor of The Place of Change  of Chesapeake, VA,  – where he succeeded his parents Bishop A. Ray and Rev. Christina Rouson.

His preparation for ministry includes undergraduate studies in religion at Liberty University as well as a Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.

His passion for leadership excellence, relationship building, family empowerment and personal restoration provide him platforms to fulfill purpose as a preacher, teacher, coach, strategist, facilitator and mentor.

Pastor Rouson is also a highly respected musician, writer and arranger, whose musical gift developed from 3 years of age, and has provided him opportunities to perform, write and record music throughout the United States, Italy, Denmark, Switzerland and India.

He proudly shares life and ministry with his wife Nadia a career counselor and educator. They share a burden for the transformation of hurting souls and can be found seeking to bring restoration to all in need of it. The Rousons are blessed to nurture the lives of their two sons, Creeden Darnell and Caden Donnell.
